Learn to create the Yoga Chakras from scratch in the comfort of your home.

Join us for the first session of our online workshop series 'Constructing the Yoga Chakras' on International Yoga Day- 21 June!

In the 1 hour session, you will learn to construct the base chakra known as Muladhara using traditional geometry techniques. By the end of the session you will have drawn the chakra with all its shapes and attributes and know what colors are used.

The Yoga Chakras:
The Yoga Chakras are seven key points in the subtle body that are centres of energy. When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances. Understanding what each chakra represents and meditating on their visual formation can free up energy and stimulate the imbalanced chakra.

Who are these workshops for:
The sessions are open to artists at any level and people with interest in art and yoga.
